Program

Our comprehensive and well-balanced learning program is based on developmental skills. Our program is designed to nourish creativity, build a positive self image, allow for positive social interactions and enhance academic learning.

At Bright Star Preschool/ Child Development Center, we believe children learn best when they are actively involved in dramatic play, music, movement, arts & crafts, cooking, health, nutrition, and fine and gross motor activities. Our program also includes reading, math, science, social studies, and second language instructions in Spanish and Cantonese.

Basic Service Offered:

A year round program with option of Full-time and Part-time enrollment (also available is "Afternoon Care")
Jr. Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten groups
Breakfast, a hot lunch and an afternoon snack
Learning centers based on themes
Care and supervision of your children
Option of Second Language instruction in Spanish and/or Cantonese

Formal assessments and progress reports twice a year with Parent/Teacher conferences
